Explore the New London Orchestra's rich concert history in this section. Details of recent concerts can be found here. From the beginning of the 2011-12 concert season, the orchestra will become the first-ever orchestra-in-residence at Stratford Circus, where it is set to give concerts that will appeal to families as well as to new audiences and young children.
The orchestra has a distinctive programming style, which focuses on rarely-heard music which might otherwise be neglected. In this way the works of composers such as Martinu and Bacewicz have been brought to a wider audience. The orchestra also made popular many works through its Light Music Classics series of recordings.
The orchestra plays regularly for Highgate Choral Society and The London Chorus, for whom Ronald Corp is also the Musical Director.
